This will depend on how soon your university / college is informed of their number of allocations for the academic year and then how soon they are able to agree on the students they wish to allocate a bursary place to.

Although it can vary each year and between universities / colleges, it is likely to be no more than a month before your start date at the earliest that your university / college will be able to send us their list.
