A contract will stay in an 'Amend' status for 90 days from the date the change is submitted.
If an amendment isn't accepted or rejected within 90 days, the system will automatically reject it.
If the adjustment hasn't been accepted or rejected after 30 days, an email reminder is sent to the Commissioner. A second reminder is sent if it a response hasn't been made after 60 days.
