If you have developed a further medical condition which is not related to and was not considered during your original application for ill health retirement it would then be appropriate to complete a new AW240 or AW33E application form.

If you have not developed a further medical condition and wish to appeal that your application was rejected you should not submit a new application form. You should instead follow our Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure.
