It's the responsibility of an authorised signatory to inform us of any additions, deletions, and changes.
The authorised signatory would be someone who works for:
- Integrated Care Board (ICB)
- Sub ICB Location (SICBL)
- Independent Sector Heath Care Provider (ISHCP)
- Local Authority
An agency representing an ICB or SICBL can also inform us of any additions, deletions, and changes.
