Combination packs attract one fee and one charge for each item within the pack unless it's a combination of different strengths of the same drug.
The best way to find this out is to look up the information on the specific product.
You can look up how many charges certain combination packs attract through:
- dictionary of medicines and devices (dm+d) in the Actual Medicinal Product Pack in the reimbursement information section
- Part XVI of the Drug Tariff - section 12.5 specifically lists some example combination packs and the charges they attract
