If it’s an EPS prescription and your PMR system supplier has added the functionality to recall claim messages, you can amend the claim within the reimbursement period.
Overpaid
If the error means you've been overpaid, complete the recheck request form.
You must include all information about the overpaid prescription.
This will be investigated and an adjustment performed if appropriate.
Underpaid
If the error means you've been underpaid, we're unable to make an adjustment.
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) can only apply payment adjustments for any payment errors made by the NHSBSA when they're identified.
