A performer record will close on Compass automatically if the performer is not currently attached to a contract.

When the performer isn't attached to a contract their performer status will automatically update to 'Ceased' until you attach them to another contract.

If you wish to remove a performer from the performers list due to being suspended you can do this through the 'Performer Update' screen.

Location: Performer Folder >> Performer Update

Once on the 'Performer Update' screen, search for the performer record and click on the 'Edit' button in the Action column.

You will then be presented with the performers details.

To add them to the suspended performers list tick the 'Suspended' box on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. You will then be prompted to add a reason for the suspension.

Once you have selected the suspension reason click 'Save' to update the performer record.
