As a Integrated Care Board (ICB) / Local Health Board (LHB), if you need to close a contract down, you do this on Compass.

Location: Contract >> Contract Amend

Search for the contract that you wish to end and click 'Edit' next to it. Enter a contract end date and select a reason. Once this has been done click 'Submit'.

If you receive an error message, this will be related to validation. Please ensure Net Pensionable Earnings (NPE) / Net Pensionable Earnings Equivalent (NPEE) is present in the current financial year for the duration of the performer's start and end dates and services cover the entire contract dates.
