When we migrated the Provider details into Compass because we couldn’t be sure that the responsible dentist details were correct we migrated the details but did not make the dentists ‘Business Owners/Responsible dentists’.  Currently it is not possible for you as Commissioners to tick that box so we have to do it for you.
It was originally thought that if the Business Owners in a partnership changed this would require a new provider ID to be created, hence the validation doesn’t allow you to tick the boxes to change the owners, however this is being reconsidered and may be changed in the future.
In the meantime Commissioners can email their Customer Liaison Manager (CLM) who can arrange for the changes to be made.
