When you create a contract, if you select a 'PDS Plus' contract you will automatically be prompted to put Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in, you won't be able to complete the creation of a contract without these. Once selected, the KPIs must be maintained for a 12 month period and cannot be changed.
Each KPI will be weighted with a % value. The total % must add up to 100%. There are a national set of KPI rules to select from, however bespoke KPI rules can be created. These must be created first before selecting any national rules. The total weighting must still add up to 100%.
