As a Commissioner, you can change the activity targets and record over and under performance totals for your contracts on Compass:

  1. Select Contract.
  2. Select Contract Amend.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Select Services.
  5. Select Edit next to the services you want to amend the activity target for.
  6. Enter your changes.
  7. Select Amend.
