How do I change the Trainer or Educational Supervisor (ES) attached to a Foundation Dentist (FD)?

Once a FD has started their tenure, it's not possible to change their ES on Compass using the 'Edit’ option.

To change a FDs ES:

1. Log in to Compass.
2. Select ‘Contract’.
3. Select ‘Allocation of Foundation Dentists to Contract'.
4. Select ‘Edit’ on the FD.
5. Make the FD as part time with an end date that matches the start date.
6. Amend the financial values to zero.

Once this has been done, you’ll be able to change the ES.
