Any participant user can be unlocked by the administrator who created their account.

If you're a Commissioner you can contact the Administrator who originally created your Compass account.

If you're a member of practice staff then your practice provider who granted you access will be able to unlock your account.

Compass Administrators / Providers can carry out these unlocks on Compass.

Blocked Account

If you enter incorrect Compass account details five times, your account will be blocked for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can try again to access your account.
