The easing, stoning, smoothing, or adjustment of a restoration soon after it's placement such as if the filling was high, would normally be considered as necessary aftercare.

The submission of a further claim is not appropriate.

If a patient returns with a problem at a time other than their usual recall attendance appointment and you alleviate their symptoms by adjusting a restoration, this will form part of an urgent Course of Treatment (CoT).
