How do I claim Regulation 11 if an NHS Course of Treatment (CoT) was already open on the date it was carried out?

You would need to submit two separate FP17 claim forms, one for the Course of Treatment (CoT) once it's completed and a separate one for the Regulation 11, these cannot be claimed on the same claim form.
