All of the treatment deemed clinically necessary at the initial assessment should be carried out as one Course of Treatment (CoT), there isn't a maximum number of visits per CoT.

If you patient has complex treatment needs where you feel the CoT requires more work than usual and you would like to discuss claiming more than one CoT, contact your Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board).
