Providers can reset their WebEDI passwords by selecting 'WebEDI Account Update' in the 'Activity' folder.
Once on this screen:
- Select the contract you want to reset the password for in the top table.
- Once the contract's information appears in the bottom table, select the drop-down arrow next to 'Edit' in the 'Action' column and select 'Reset Password'.
- You can then view your password by selecting 'Edit'.
