What happens to any money already paid to a contract if the Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board) cancels the adjustment?

If a Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board) cancels a payment adjustment that has a status of 'Payment in Progress' it'll stop any further payments / deductions being made and refund any payments / deductions already processed.

If a Commissioner only wishes to stop any further payments / deductions, they just need to amend the end date on the adjustment, this then won't cancel everything.
