The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) helps providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.
The FFT survey is available to complete for the first 12 working days of each month.
The NHS Business Services Authority carries out the monthly collection of FFT returns on behalf of NHS England and Improvement (NHSEI).
The FFT requires one submission for each location ID. If you have multiple contracts at the same address, you need to submit your figures against one contract number.
You can find your location ID and check your address using the ‘Contract Search’ screen in Compass.
