NHS Dental Services can provide you with a practice stamp for each treatment location. There will not be a charge for this.
You can request a replacement stamp if yours is either:
- lost
- damaged through wear and tear.
You can also request a new stamp if you have a new contract number.
Contact NHS Dental Services to request a new stamp.
You will receive your new stamp within 10 working days.
