If you do not provide us with an estimate of earnings for the current financial year or enter a zero figure on Compass, you'll receive the error message ‘A Zero NPE / NPEE pension record exists after the allowed date’.
You must enter a Net Pensionable Earnings (NPE) or Net Pensionable Earnings Equivalent (NPEE) figure for the current financial year for all performers to resolve this error.
