Laboratory (Lab) Dockets are considered to be part of the patient's clinical records for any band 3 Course of Treatment (CoT).
Lab Dockets contain the following information:
- Laboratory orders, work sheets and papers required to comply with medical device's requirements
- Other information, for example laboratory instructions, statements and receipts
