The Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board) will have a higher number of late submitted claims showing on their Monthly Exception reports that we send them because we don't include any Failed To Return (FTR) patients as a late submitted claims on your schedules.
These are however, included on the Commissioners Monthly Exception reports as an indicator only, designed to assist them. The Commissioner alone has the responsibility for managing a contract, we simply point out exceptional behavior on their behalf.
Why does my Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board) have more late submitted claims on their report than we have on our schedules?
