What band of treatment is a repair to a bite raising appliance (‘Custom Made Occlusal Appliance Hard Bite’)?

A laboratory repair to a hard custom-made occlusal appliance is considered the same as a denture repair.

1 UDA will be credited and the patient should not be charged. On the FP17, select ‘denture repairs’.
