The estimated tier rating for the current year is based on the last confirmed earnings we hold from the last completed Annual Reconciliation Report (ARR).
Your tier rating can be amended once the post ARR process becomes available on Compass.
Any changes to your declared earnings in the post ARR process would mean your tier rating is automatically updated.
