If superannuation contributions aren't showing on your performer schedule you need to speak to your provider who can check that your are listed as superannuable on Compass. The provider can also check if an Net Pensionable Earning (NPE) figure has been recorded on Compass for you.

If the performer is showing as superannuable, check there's an NPE figure recorded against them on the contract. If no NPE is present, this should be added for the performer on Compass.

An NPE would not be entered on a 'PDS Plus', or 'Data Collection Only', contract.
