'Transfer of debit' appears on a pay statement when the net payment is a negative amount, and the money owed has been recovered from a different contract.
For example, a negative balance on one contract is transferred to another contract held by the same provider.
The contract this debit has been transferred to will be listed on the pay statement itself for reference.
