If you have lost your receipts relating to your Disabled Students Allowances (DSAs) or you have sent them to us but we have not received them, please follow the instructions below:

Specialist Equipment

If the receipts were for specialist equipment which you have purchased using monies awarded to you through the DSAs, please contact your equipment provider to obtain duplicate receipts.

If the equipment provider will not issue duplicate receipts and you have kept copies, please send these to us with a covering letter explaining that the originals have been lost / sent but have not been received and the reason why duplicates are not available.

If the equipment provider will not issue duplicate receipts and you have not kept copies, please send a bank / credit card statement clearly demonstrating the payment to the provider alongside a covering letter explaining that the originals have been lost / sent but have not been received and the reason why duplicates are not available.

General Allowance

If you have kept copies of your receipts, please send these with a covering letter explaining that the originals have been lost / sent but have not been received.

The copies would need to be re-signed by your university (if applicable).
