If you’re a continuing student we’ll also send you an email to let you know when to apply for your next academic year.

If your academic year starts on or after 21 March 2022 you need to register and apply using the NHS Bursary system.

As part of the application process we may need some details from your parents or partner. If this is the case we will contact them directly.

What happens after I apply?

If you meet your application window deadline we will assess your application in time for the start of your academic year.

If you miss the application window deadline there may be a delay to your payments.

Time limit for applying

In all cases, your application and supporting evidence must be submitted within 9 months of the start of your academic year.
