You must contact us if you have a change in circumstances as this could affect how much NHS Bursary you're entitled to.

To tell us about a change, complete a Change of Circumstances form on your NHS Bursary account.

If you need to send evidence, the system will tell you what evidence you must provide. This can be uploaded to your NHS Bursary account.

You must provide all relevant evidence within 9 months of the date of the change to be considered for a reassessment.

You'll receive an email to confirm the Change of Circumstances form has been submitted.

If you submit a paper application form such as a Current Income Reassessment form, this will be processed when your NHS Bursary application is assessed.

If you submit the Change of Circumstances form after you've received your Notification of Award (NOA), the form can take a maximum of 25 working days to process once the form and all relevant evidence has been scanned.
