How will you be advised that I have been withdrawn from my course?

Your university will send us a Withdrawal Form (BUR101W), which is authorised by a designated officer at the university. This form advises us that you have withdrawn from your course and gives the date of withdrawal.

It is your university's responsibility to provide all of the relevant information required to process the withdrawal calculation.

If you have withdrawn from your course and you are still receiving payment, it may mean that we haven't yet processed the Withdrawal Form (BUR101W). Please contact us so we can put holds on your future payments to prevent possible overpayment.
