For a small number of cases, we receive notification from banks following a payment telling us about a change of account details.
Where possible, we'll amend the details on the student's behalf to make sure they receive their future payments.
You'll receive an email confirming a bank account update has been entered.
You must log into your account and check the bank account details shown are correct.
We can only correct bank account details in a limited number of cases. You must always make sure you update your own details if you change them to make sure your payments can be made.
