If you've not received your NHS Bursary payment, check:

  • you've added your bank details to your bursary account if it's your first payment - once you've added your details, we can process your payment
  • with your bank or building society if you're looking for your payment using an ATM as the bursary payment does not always show immediately at the ATM even when it's been paid
  • the 'Payment Schedule' page on your account - if there's no date next to the payment in question it's not yet been released
  • the date for an expected underpayment on the 'Payment Schedule' page on your account, you must allow 10 working days from the date the underpayment first appeared to receive this payment
  • your bank details are correct on the 'Student details' page of your account
