A disregard of £95 may be deducted from your parent / spouse / civil partner / partner's income contribution if they are also supporting a child (under the age of 19) who is pre-school age, attending school or attending further education.
If the dependant is in higher education other disregards may be applied.
This can also include your parent / spouse / civil partner / partner's step children.
