Your request will be dealt with within 10 working days of the date your letter is received.
If your NHS Bursary was originally based on another person's income, we must receive a signed letter from them confirming we can disclose their information to you.
The letter must include:
- their name
- their address
- their telephone number
- confirmation they give consent for their financial information to be included in the breakdown
