Employers with POL
You can find guidance on completing the SD55E on the Employer hub.
If you receive an error message you need help with, email the details of the error to nhsbsa.pensionsemployers@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.
Incorrect bank details
You cannot change bank account details on POL.
Ask the employee to contact us with the correct details including their:
- bank sort code
- bank account number
- full address
Employers who do not have access to POL
