You can access your TRS statement using either:

  • ESR Employee Self Service using the ‘TRS’ link
  • GOV.UK Verify .

If you are using GOV.UK Verify choose Digidentity to verify your identity.

You need a UK address to use GOV.UK Verify. If you do not have a UK address contact the NHS Pensions Member Helpline on 0300 330 1346.

You will be asked for personal details that they check against records held by:

  • mobile phone providers
  • credit agencies
  • HM Passport Office
  • the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).

These checks won't affect your credit score.

Once you have been verified you can access your statement.
