Yes, you can apply for the Social Work Bursary before you're accepted on to a course and don't need to wait until you have an unconditional offer. However, this only applies to postgraduate courses, as undergraduate students are only eligible to apply to us in the second year of their course.
 
If you don't get accepted on to the course we wouldn't receive any confirmation of your attendance from the university / college, therefore, no bursary payments would be made.
 
You should include the university / college you're intending to go to on the application as we must have these details in order to register your form, however, if these details change you should contact us so we can update your record to make sure we are able to link the confirmation of attendance we will receive with your record.
