The Prescription Item Report is a data report containing item level payment information. It can be accessed and downloaded through the Information Services Portal (ISP).
Pharmacy and appliance contractors can view:
- the items processed
- the price we've reimbursed
- the fees for each item
The data for the Prescription Item Report will be available on the payment date. The Prescription Item Report will help you understand how your payment has been calculated.
It will also allow you to reconcile values on your Schedule of Payments with the payment information contained within the report.
