Information Services Portal (ISP) - payment information
To make payment information more transparent, registered pharmacy and appliance contractors can access payment information on the ISP.
This includes the FP34 Schedule of Payments and a detailed Prescription Item Report. Access is restricted to authorised users.
You can view 6 years of historical data for your Schedule of Payments and 18 months for the Prescription Item Report.
You can access information about the ISP on our website, including:
- who can register for access to payment information
- the payment information registration form
- user guides on how to access the system
You'll still receive your paper Schedule of Payments along with access to the ISP.
The payment information will be available by close of business on the same day paper schedules are posted.
Electronic payment schedules
We produce electronic payment schedule data called 'electronic FP34 data'. You can use this instead of receiving a paper copy.
This is not a like-for-like replacement of the paper version. You'll need to develop your own IT solution to allow you to read and manipulate the data. It's not exported to Microsoft Excel.
The e-schedule is an electronic file that contains all data on the paper FP34 schedule of payments.
