How can I get a copy of my Schedule of Payments?

You can view your Schedule of Payments and a detailed Prescription Item Report on the Information Services Portal (ISP). 

View information about the ISP and how to register on our website.

If you do not have access to the ISP, contact our helpdesk to request a copy of your Schedule of Payments.

We can post a new schedule to the pharmacy, or a correspondence address if we have one.

We cannot email a new copy as this is not considered a secure method.
