The MYS portal offers an online alternative to the current paper-based process and access to a range of useful services.
When using the MYS portal, you’ll be able to view historical submission data as well as submit claims for:
- Pharmacy Quality Scheme
- Flu Advanced Service claims
- Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS)
- pharmacy prescription batch submission forms
- referred back and disallowed items
- prescription image requests
You can submit your end of month figures through the MYS portal and print 2 copies of your digital FP34C. The FP34C will be pre-populated with the information you've submitted.
You must include one with your end of month submission and keep one for your records.
