If your DD payment fails, we'll try to collect payment again within 10 days.

If collection fails a second time, we'll send you a letter with the action you must take.

If you want to cancel your DD, you must inform your bank or building society and contact us to make alternate payment arrangements.

If your bank or building society has cancelled your DD in error, you can reinstate this by contacting them directly or by contacting our helpdesk.
