When you choose to pay by DD, you enter into an agreement for 10 monthly instalments to be taken from your bank or building society account.
We cannot accept an instalment payment by any other method.
We can accept one-off payments to cover a missed payment or to clear your full outstanding balance by:
- credit card
- debit card
- cheque
- postal order

Cheques and postal orders must be payable to 'NHS Business Services Authority'. You must write your certificate number on the back.
