PPC refunds are paid within 15 working days of the date we receive the request.
How your refund will be paid to you depends on how you paid for your PPC.
Direct Debit (DD) refunds are paid directly into your bank account. If your DD was being paid from somebody else's account or if your DD instruction is no longer active, we'll send a cheque in the PPC holder's name.
Card payment refunds are paid directly to the card that was used to pay for your PPC. If the card has expired, we'll send a cheque in the PPC holder's name.
Cheque and pharmacy refunds are sent as a cheque in the PPC holder's name.
If the cheque needs to be sent in a third-party's name, you must specify this when requesting the refund.
