If you receive support from Student Finance England (SFE), Student Finance Wales (SFW), or the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS), you must send a copy of the student finance breakdown from the awarding body.
You can access your student finance letters using your online account on the awarding body’s website.
If you receive a bursary, scholarship, or sponsorship you must send a copy of the award notice.
If you're applying during the summer holidays, you must include evidence covering both the previous and next academic year.
If you've forgotten to send your evidence with your HC1 application, you can email this to us at lowincomescheme@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.
You must include your:
- full name
- date of birth
- full address
- telephone number
- reference number, if you have one
