If you're employed, you must include proof of your earnings with your HC1 application.

If you get paid weekly or fortnightly, you must provide your 5 most recent payslips

If you get paid monthly or four-weekly, you must provide your 2 most recent payslips.

If you cannot provide the payslips we need, complete the LIS82 proof of income form and send it with your application.

The letter must be signed by somebody authorised to do so at the workplace.

If you've forgotten to send your payslips or are unable to photocopy your evidence, you can email this to us.

You must include your:

  • full name
  • date of birth
  • full address
  • telephone number
  • reference number, if you have one
