If you and your partner live in the same household and your partner's details were included on your original HC1 application form, their name will be printed on your certificate.
If their name is missing from your certificate, contact us directly for assistance.
If your partner's details were not included on your original HC1, you must return your existing certificate and reapply on a new HC1.
If you and your partner do not live in the same household, your partner must complete an HC1 in their own right.
