A PR is the person who is legally entitled to administer the estate of someone who has died.
This can be more than one person.
A PR includes both executors and administrators.
The administrator will usually be a close relative or someone nominated by a court if there’s no Will.
If the member was married or in a civil partnership, we cannot assume the spouse or civil partner is the PR.
