You may have to pay for a Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) and you will have to pay for the implementation of a Pension Sharing Order.

We review the charges for pensions on divorce or dissolution of a civil partnership annually. These charges may be subject to an annual increase on the 1 April each year.

Pension sharing order

We must receive full payment for all costs on the Schedule of Charges before we start to implement the order. If the court order states no costs need to be paid upfront, the cost will be recovered later.

You must quote the National Insurance (NI) number and surname of the member. The request cannot be processed without this information.

If a party refuses to pay or claims they’re unable to pay the charges, you must write to us to explain why the charges cannot be paid. We may agree to an alternative method of payment.
